Rowell Hardware is a historically designated building in the Kingston Village neighborhood of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Select Structural worked closely with the developers to bring back the history and character of the 7,500 square foot structure.  Select Structural also provided design services for the build-out of a ground level coffee roasting shop and two second level apartment units above.
